Hi, I have been with bulb since May and I have yet to be sent a statement outlining my actual usuage. My account is in £300+ credit, please can it be updated to reflect my usage and then be updated every month?
Hey @Dat123. We stopped sending out your bills because we are disputing your opening readings with your previous supplier.
Looks like your previous supplier has not yet responded. The quickest way to get this sorted would be to drop our customer service team an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) and we’ll get this sorted for you.
I wonder if email@example.com is the fast track way for healp? =)
