No supply

Hi I became a customer on 23.8.19 had no issues and tonight I have no gas supply what so ever!! I’ve tried national grid etc and been told bulb need to exchange the meter. I’ve two children and no hot water or gas to cook

I wonder how National Grid knows it is a meter fault?

Could it be that you have a faulty boiler?
