No transfer taken place

I was recently referred but no transfer has taken place

Hi there @glossy I’m afraid I don’t quite understand-we took supply of your electricity and gas a few weeks ago, and we’ve sent you quite a few emails during the process. Have you not received them? Is there some particular reason you have for thinking the switch hasn’t gone through? It might be better for you to get in touch by emailing help@bulb.co.uk or giving us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday if you’d like to talk specifics, rather than doing it through a public forum
