No usage showing since smart meter install

Ok so I had a smart meter fitted on the 30th April and since then there has been only one electricity reading added to my account on 1st June. nothing from gas other than the 0 reading on 30th April. My last energy statement is the 1st April with nothing since. I emailed bulb help on 4th of june and other then the auto response I have had no contact. I emailed them again on 20th June and still no contact so it looks like its off to OFGEM complaints and time to find a new supplier unless anyone has any better ideas
