No visible readings on electric meter

Unable to submit my readings as no visible readings shown
Have emailed bulb still waiting on a reply

Generally Bulb are open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Is it your meter that you can’t read or the Bulb page where you enter the reading?

Hi there @brian895 have you been able to get readings out of the meter until recently, and now it’s not working? If so we’ll need to send an engineer out to fix it, if you could give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday we’ll get that booked in for you. Otherwise, the instructions on this page should help you get some readings out of that meter
