Not able to log in

The new login will not accept my email address even though I get monthly emails from yourself, please help as I would like to input meter readings

I was having the same issue as you until I discovered that the email field is case sensitive. It shouldn’t be but it is. Perhaps it’s affecting your login too.

Today, I also have the problem with my email address not being found meaning i can not log in. It has always worked in the past so it must an issue with the Bulb systems.

It looks like we are having a problem with logging in today. We’re investigating it with our authentication provider and we’ll update this discussion when we have more info to give.

Email your readings to in the meantime and we’ll put them in for you.
