Not had my Bulb monthly statement

I have not had my monthly electric statement from Bulb as yet but my monthly payment has been taken from my account.
This is the first time my monthly payment has been taken from my account before I got my monthly statement from Bulb.
I normally get my monthly Bulb statement on the 6th or 7th of every month.
Is this due to having a smart meter installed in the last month.

Probably, sounds like you have broken bulb a bit more than they where already broken :rofl:
