This message is to cancel my account with bulb which begins 13th september.
Hi @omnipotent_1923 - we’re not able to cancel your switch this close to the start. Your cancellation period is only the first 14 days after signing up. After this you have to initiate a new switch. You’ll be able to do this on the 14th September. You won’t be charged at our higher rates as they won’t come into effect until the 11th November.
