hi i swapped to bulb on the 24 of this month and topped up 20pounds and haven’t had the email to give my card dovetails to get the 50 credit
Hi @swade94 I’ve looked on your account and I can see the TransferWise email was sent to you on June 4th. Can you check to see if you’ve received it?
I swapped to bulb on the 26th November 2019 and I’ve topped up on both my electric and gas and have not received the email from TransferWise asking for my details? I am due £50 for using someones transfer link and £50 for getting someone to switch. The person who I got to switch has not recieved theirs either.
