Not receiving monthly bills

Is there any reason why I’m not receiving monthly bills? Not had one for October or September now.

Smart meter is working correctly and I can see usage is ok and not worried as direct debit is going in ok, but not receiving a bill at the start of the month.

You should get a monthly statement, this indicates that there is something wrong on the account.
