Not replying to emails

I sent bulb an email on the 5th and 9th of September because my bill was unusually very high. I still haven’t heard anything back despite it being after the 5 days.
Anyone else experiencing this??

I sent Bulb an email on 13th August but still no response. Bulb used to be pretty good at replying so not sure what has gone on recently.

Yes, they are not responding to me either. I need a refund on my account.
