Not very smart meter

I had a Bulb smart meter installed last week but the engineer who fitted it couldn’t get the IHD to work. I was instructed to leave it a week so it could be sorted out directly and if it still didn’t work to contact Bulb. Well, I waited a week and contacted Bulb. Guess what. No reply from Bulb (yet? over two days on) and the system still doesn’t work.
Where do we go from here I wonder?
