Been with Bulb for a few years now and the Smart meter In Home Display still doesn’t work. It switches on but will not display current/correct readings. Time/date incorrect. It says that it’s connected to WiFi. Bulb are totally useless at helping. The display is black in colour.
Sorry you have had issues with this, we are getting reads from your meter however it looks like your meter is not connected to the IHD, we are getting information saying ‘unknown’ so a standard reboot of 48 hours would not work.
We will ask the team to look into this and we will confirm the next steps when we hear back.
