Objection to move

■ Unanswered emails since 5th Oct even wrote to both emails
■ forever on hold to vile music and no humans tried to leave a meter reading and got cut off
■ no chat on the on-line chat always unavailable any time day and night
■ dual fuel tariff and electric icon disappears from account so no meter reading can be given
■ decided I’ve been very patient and a good customer so made the switch to another company at the weekend…
■ but… Bulb have objected and new company said I have to talk to my current supplier… bulb
■ my next step is either citizens advice or the ombudsman or Martin Lewis money expert.
