Thanks for getting in touch. Looking at your account I can see that we sent your readings over on the 26th when your supply started with us.
It can take up to 6 weeks from your supply start date (26/11/17) with us until you receive your final bill from your old supplier. This is because when we send off the readings, there are two rounds of third party verification before your previous supplier gets them. It is likely that the readings are still being processed.
But if you haven’t received a final bill in the next few weeks, do let us know so we can chase this up for you and make sure you get your credit refunded as soon as possible.
