i have just spoken to my old supplier who has completed my final bill but says that they can’t send me the credit. they say this is due to them not receiving the electric final reading would this be correct and that gas and electric readings are not sent to them at the same time
You’re correct, electricity and gas readings are sent out separately, as different organisations in the energy industry look after them and make sure they’re in line with historic readings.
I’ve checked for you and we sent out your electricity readings on the 5th of December, so everything looks fine. It’s normal for it to take a couple of weeks for them to make their way through.
