I moved to Bulb about 3 weeks ago but SSE have issued an estimated final bill, saying Bulb haven’t notified them of the closing reading. How can I get Bulb to do this to avoid having to pay a large estimated bill to SSE?
Hi @christopher9399 - thanks for bringing this up with us. We can dispute the readings that SSE are using to close your account, and to do that we’ll just need another set of readings from you to use as back-ups. I’ll email you now so we can get that underway
