Old supplier

My old supplier has not received the final meter readings from bulb yet despite changing supplier on 1st of Aug. Gas is all sorted but electricity is still outstanding.

@Chrislazski We’ve sent your previous supplier a chaser - they should be using your actual reading, and should have issued a bill by now.

Hi Casper. I have phoned SSE again and they have still not received a final meter reading from Bulb. They will not release the £235 credit from my account until this is finalised.
