They do. So either:
- Something has gone wrong at Bulb
- Something has gone wrong at your old supplier.
But this is a forum for discussion among other customers. No one has access to your account to see what’s gone wrong. You’ll need to contact Bulb and/or your old supplier to find out what’s going on.
