Old Supplier

Old supplier keeps sending emails that they are going to start direct debit from my account.I thought bulb contacts the old supplier to change everything over?

They do. So either:

  • Something has gone wrong at Bulb
  • Something has gone wrong at your old supplier.

But this is a forum for discussion among other customers. No one has access to your account to see what’s gone wrong. You’ll need to contact Bulb and/or your old supplier to find out what’s going on.
