Hi again I’m asking about smart meters which I have from British gas at the minute do I need to inform them I’m switch g supplier or is it done automatically. And also I don’t know how to get a reading from my meters to send to you??
You shouldn’t have to inform them Bulb will take care of it.

Hey @Kennyg_1963 they’ll be fully aware of the switch a few days after you sign up! The only thing we don’t sort out on your behalf is any direct debit payment you may have set up with the current supplier.
You’re right that the readings won’t be sent to us automatically, but the article @scudo has provided explains how to take them manually.
