On line Billing

It is my expectation that I will submit readings on the first day of the month and as such I will be able to calculate my bill with Bulb. It would be nice to be able to confirm my estimate with your actual bill in time for me to instigate any additional payment that may be needed before my direct debit is taken on the 7th of the month.
I am unsure if I will ever see a monthly bill from Bulb and on what timescale based on the day of submitting readings?

You could change your billing date to the 3rd of the month here -

or submit your readings on the 5th of the month.
Either way will ensure that your monthly statement is calculated from your readings.rather than being estimates.

@marktarasek we’ll send you an email 3 days before your payment date asking for a meter reading so we can generate an accurate statement for you.
