On prepayment meter

I’m on pre payment meter where I top up with a key and card, can anyone explain what the new balance is on my prepayment statement?

I can see your gas only switched a month ago and occasionally a prepay statement can be produced in error after supplier communication around the first / last meter readings when you switch supplier.

This shouldn’t be anything to worry about as you obviously pay by top up, but I’m just seeking some confirmation on why you received this from the prepay team and will update you once they’ve let me know :slightly_smiling_face:
