One Happy Customer

Had a problem with an old meter showing in my online meter reading portal so phoned Bulb help, only waited 2 minutes in line and spoke to Nathan (Bulb Help) he sorted it out for me and within ten minutes he updated my statement and account and sent an email of confirmation.
We read so many complaints on the forum about costumer service so I feel when Bulb gets it right we should address the balance.
