One rate

I have just switched but instead of one flat rate it is giving me an evening rate and a day time rate - I would much rather just the 24 hour flat rate. How do you obtain that?

Were you on Economy 7 with your previous supplier, if so this is why Bulb presumably is showing two different rates?

@Jwhiteoa Your meter is a two rate meter which means that we have to charge it in that way. If you want us to bill you on a 1 rate tariff then we would need to change your meter, this would cost you £120.
