Online conversation

Has anyone tried to get answers from bulb representatives . … I have waited for 20 minutes after someone said they were looking at my account and still no response??

I have recently joined ‘Bulb’, not very impressed with trying to get some answers to my questions regarding my bill. The online conversation is worse than watching paint drying

Sometimes the online live chat facility can bug out and disconnect from one end or the other and the two parties aren’t aware of the disconnection. I’m guessing this is what has probably happened in this circumstance. It’ll probably be best to email them on or call on 0300 30 30 635 (see ).

Thank you for your help on this. I will email. But I must say that I have been trying to have this conversation for 2 days.
