Anyone else not had their meter readings updating when entering them manually online? Each month I put new gas and electricity reading in but the previous reading constantly shows as historic figures from months ago. I have a SMET 1 Smart Meter so not usable with Bulb at present.
I have only been with bulb since July this year. I have been submitting Elec and Gas readings and it only ever shows my Gas readings . So annoying
nstyants when you submit your readings do you then receive an email acknowledgment. My acknowledgments are received shortly after the readings are submitted.
Yes I do receive the email and it’s just the Electricity reading that doesn’t update.
