Out of hours contact

I have no gas and have called the bulb number but get out through to the emergency gas people who have attended and say that the meter is faulty and we need to speak to Bulb.

There is no contact number and we have young children in the house.

Any ideas how we sort this? (We have a smart meter installed)

Based on what you say I would assume that emergency gas people have decided it is not an emergency and have therefore passed back to Bulb. Contact them Monday and they will arrange to sort the problem.

@NickC, I see that Frank booked you an emergency job on Monday. We appreciate that weekend and evening faulty meters are a serious problem right now. We are working on developing a solution that we hope to roll out by June.
