Outcome to problematic WHD application

Continuing the discussion from Bulb ignored all my emails about WHD difficulty - shame on Bulb!:

Bulb finally responded to my ignored messages n December and now at last I have ended up with my warm discount today surprisingly having had to in fact make my application by email in the end because the while online process for this was so flawed and kept rejecting my application incorrectly. I suppose I should be pleased with the outcome but it did involve some stress and nuisance. I would advise anyone else trying to apply to make sure you email bulb to persevere with an application if the online form rejects you if you are disabled as you may well be entitled.
