Over-Paying on Top-Up Meter

Good evening,

Hope everyone is well.

Can someone please explain why my account is being topped-up with £20 a day electricity charges?

For the last couple of months, I have been paying £20 a day, equating to £7,300 worth of electricity based on a top-up being done.

I now have a smart meter, yet i’m still paying £20 a day.

Can someone please advise ASAP?
