I’m thinking of helping my widowed mother switch to bulb but would like to know if she can opt for paper bills for a period of time, which I know would be her preference?
Hi @RobertJ Being paperless is a key part of the Bulb mission to clean up energy by being simpler, cheaper and greener. This is why all our bills and communication is via email!
We can send one-off paper bills via post for proof of address. You could also sign up your mother’s account with your email address if she’s happy with that, you could print your bills for her at home!
