Pay off a debt on closing account- no longer have the direct debit account

I need to pay a debt on my account, don’t have the direct debit account anymore, how can I pay this.not finding any easy way online, no option via phone either. Please help.

Go to “payments and statements” in the account menu. There should be a top-up button.

@izzyhunt is correct that you can top-up from within your Bulb account here. We can also send you a one-off payment link for any remaining balance if you’d prefer.
