Hi I have just paid my old company on 3 October and now your taking payment on 16 of October

Hi @rover1 : Bulb take a payment ‘a month in advance’ (see ) so they can buy the power in advance to save money and also to help prevent bad debt. This should have been detailed in your welcome pack (sent via email) so it wouldn’t be a surprise: did you receive the welcome pack? Once the switch is complete, you’ll receive a final bill from your old supplier (around 6 weeks later) once things have finalised.
