How do i set up the direct debit? I have only given my account number and sort code…not sure how bulb will be able to take my payments without more info.

The account number and sort code is all that is needed to setup a direct debit. The Sort Code specifies which bank (and branch) your account is (so no need for you to supply that information: Bulb can lookup the full postal address with the sort code if necessary) with and any additional data other companies ask for (such as ‘account holder name’) aren’t actually used in the direct debit setup process.
