Payment charged on wrong date

I rang bulb to change the date of my payment as it would of been easier for me but you still just charged me on the original date anyway. Is that just a random lack of communication or something I’m going to have to get used to as a new customer

Hi - if you go to your “Payments & Statements” page at https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/payments-and-statements and select “Payments settings” you will be able to change the date of your payments.
