Hello,

I just arrived the UK and saw my mailbox. There is a due of payment but I did not pay.

I wanted to pay but I was not in the UK and the last mail said like your account being passed to a debt collection agency.

I just saw that mails, please help me about it. I tried to sign up but the system could not find my adress and showed We’re having trouble finding your account.
