Bulb email me tonsay my payment details are incorrect and I need to edit them but their app hasn’t worked for 2 months and their website doesn’t allow such an edit! Is this normal?
That’s odd, the website allows me to edit the payment details. “Account settings” > On right hand side “Edit payment settings” > Then at the bottom there’s the option to edit the payment method. I’m currently on direct debit.
@Daryl1 did you manage to edit your payment details correctly in the end?
