Payment increase email

Anyway to stop the emails from Bulb telling me to increase my mothly payements, it arrives a day or so before my Direct Debit is paid. The account is actually in credit after my DD so its quite annoying to be reminded every month to up my payments when I don’t need to.

Are you submitting readings regularly [monthly]? Or letting Bulb estimate your usage?

If the latter, I suggest you start doing the former (between receiving the DD notification/payment review email and the DD date is ideal).

And then when your actual usage pattern eventually persuades their estimating to be a bit less random, they’ll stop suggesting you change the payment.
