Payment increase

Hello, I have recieved a message saying my monthly payments will be going up to £90. This is almost a 50% increase which doesn’t seem right. We live in a tiny one bed flat. Please could somebody check. If it is right we will have to switch suppliers. Please email me at

If it is not in line with your kWh usage then they will adjust it. Also if you go to your account / payments & statements / payment settings, then you can manually adjust your direct debit.

@Katie1 The increase is proposed because there is a higher debt than there should be on the account at this time of year. This proposed increase would not be permanent, but instead just until the debt is paid off.

If you would prefer to make a one off payment to bring this balance down then you can do this in your online account and reduce the payments too.
