Payment Increases

I switched to Bulb a few months ago and since then I have had 3 payment increases! I’m not impressed and already thinking about leaving them. I have never paid £171 per month for gas and electricity! What’s going on?

If you have sufficient credit in your account to pay in advance for one months energy then you don’t need to increase your DD payment.
