As above, 3 bed house, 2 adults 3 kids under 6. Somehow Bulb have allowed my account to lapse and now owning ~£500 if not more.
I can’t get astraight answer out of them as to why my account has accumulated so much arrears when I have never missed a payment and always kept the DD amount updated when recommended.
How the hell can I get a straight answer? On a smart meter so it should be bad readings
