Payment not taken from account


I set up a direct debit payment to be taken in mid September. I received an email saying it would be taken 3 days after 11 September but no money has come out of my account? Could someone look into this? Also, i wanted the payment date to be soon after the 15th of each month (as this is payday). Could this be changed?


@hilary2061 Sometimes payment details can take a while to be updated and so it might not have updated before the payment was due. The payment is due to come out on the 18th of every future month, if you would like to make a top-up payment to cover this missed payment this is possible in the online account.
