My payment hasn’t been taken this month it normal is taken on the 9/10th of the month. I’ve tried the chat feature to ask why. I don’t want to make a manual payment and then it’s suddenly taken out and then I’ve paid twice. Does any one have an idea of what I should do

It seems as though you changed your payment date and the next payment is due to come out on 09-06-2022.
To prevent a deficit from occurring, you can make a manual top up in the payments sector on your bulb account.

I didn’t change the payment date it has always been the 9th of the month. It just wasn’t taken out on the 9th May so next payment is 9th june I will make a manual payment and hopefully next payment comes out correctly
