Hi , I have recently opened an account with bulb , setup everything online and then I received an email stating that i need to setup payment. When I click on the page it just goes to the community page , I could not see anywhere where I could provide my details which by the way have done this already? this is one problem. Second, and most importantly, I need to change the day&night meter to just 1 meter reading as we do not have storage heaters anymore, the apartment has been upgraded and all we have are standard electric heaters. Therefore, we do not need a meter with 2 readings on it. I am really struggling with bulb’s type of communication. I prefer to speak to an agent rather than wait for replies or emails that takes 24 to 48hrs to come. Appreciate your help.
