I moved over in July, I can see you have taken a payment on 17th July, 17th aug and 22 August. Can you explain why please?
Ahh I can see what has happened. I believe you changed your payment date to a later date in the month when the payment was already requesting. We do try and warn people about this but occasionally it gets missed.
I’ve refunded one of the payments.
