Payment taking without my authorisation

My direct debit is set up for the 25th of each month for £108 , I’ve just logged into my bank account and you have stolen yes STOLEN £275 from my account on the 9th May, I have spoke to my bank and they have made a claim with you.What gives you the right to help yourself with my money from my bank without talking to me ?? Bulb need to sort it’s self out and while you are at it fix your chat facility you’re becoming a joke.
