Hi there, my last payment didn’t go through as my card expired. I have updated my details and my payment amount but the payment hasn’t been taken as yet. Just checking everything is ok?
Hi @Caroline_taylor, thank you for the heads up :). Our system will actually not automatically take that payment anymore, as the payment details were updated. You could make a payment on your Bulb account as well if you want to, for example, clear your current balance, but otherwise, the next payment will simply be next month :).
I saw that you just submitted your meter readings, so I have updated your account as we actually had overestimated your usage. So your balance is quite a bit lower at the moment (in a good way) :).
