Payments changed

I started with your company on 15-11-2018 and you took the first payment on 17-11-2018 and then I changed the payment to 28 of each month so you will take payment on 28-11-2018 It is supposed to be 28-12-2018 I can’t imagine that two times payment in same month just 10 days between them only…
Please solve that …
