I had a smart meter installed in May 2020 ever since I had the meter installed no readings have been taken (not so smart) Direct debits are being taken every month but no readings or payments being deducted from account balance and I have had zero statements. VERY FRUSTRATING I thought these things were meant to make life easier… what’s going on can’t get through to anyone???
