payments on bulb account

last month bulb account charged me , but on acount still pending not updated. now its second payment tomorrow.
what is going on its second month still payment pending. ?



Why the ?

You would be better off asking the Bulb help-desk as they have access to your account details?

None of fellow customers on the Community forum will know why your Bulb account is still showing as pending.
