Over the last 3/4 months my meter reading have been so different and not in debit with account and you are wanting to raise my DD again, the house is unoccupied for at least 9 hours a day so why has my electricity went through the roof? I submit my reading every 3 months or so, so i dont understand how there was such a difference a few months back… what can i do to check this

Without knowing any further information I would suggest you submit monthly meter readings when requested by the reminders from Bulb? This will get your account back on an even keel.
